Would you like to supercharge your client’s customer service?
Help your client capture important customer information like chat history, preferred channels, contact details, and more with shared team’s inbox so all tickets come into one inbox and are then assigned to teams facilitating quick replies using pre-saved message templates.
Would you like to build reporting into your client’s data to understand what’s working and what isn’t.
How about learning to build chatbots and flows that work to create automations and integrations with or without developers and which build chat across all channels to supercharge self-service integrating your favourite apps.
Assist your clients to speak to their customers keeping them informed with broadcasts. Authentication broadcasts may also be used to help your clients’ users stay secure by sending One-Time-Pins, verification codes, and more.
Help your client work their websites by starting conversations from their website and brand their widget chat or build custom widget bots without developers.
Sounds interesting? Come and meet Murray!

It all started in the Navy as a communications expert in 1984 and it has been an interesting journey to watch communications evolve in the voice industry over the past 39 years.
The bottom line is everyone wants voice to ‘just work’ but there are many factors that produce a good result. I am excited to present some cutting-edge solutions with cloud PBX / Teams integrations, mobile calling, integrating of cellular phones and some spectacular pricing around that.
Control your own client’s backend or allow us to administer it for you, we would like to partner with you in improving your clients voice experience while you make residual income.

Have you ever wondered about assisting your clients to finance their equipment? If its serialised or software, we can help!
Financing will assist your client with off balance sheet financing as rentals are accounted for on an Income statement and are a non-balance sheet item; therefore, have no effect on the return on capital employed ratio. Rentals requires less accounting and function as an obsolescence hedge. By its very nature technology becomes outdated within a short period of time. With financing over longer periods, with no deposits necessary, results in a lower cost to entry and allows the user to pay future rentals with inflated rand.
Rentals also result in a conservation of working capital, reducing the working capital burden. With relatively high levels of inflation, finance structures which defer costs; will result in reduced present value cost, after inflation cost accounting. The restraints of the Usury Act do not affect rental agreements; with payment structures and terms only limited by the economic lifespan of the equipment and the end users’ budgetary constraints. In addition, there is upgrade flexibility by addition or replacement of equipment in keeping with the availability of new technology.
Lastly, rental payments are fully deductible for tax purposes!
I have relationships with 8 Finance Houses and am happy to secure financing for your clients, sign them up and ensure that all is done seamlessly and efficiently.
Let me help you!
